Using this website

The tours, itineraries and descriptions on this website are examples to help you plan. They are not an offer to sell at a fixed price. Prices, availability and inclusions depend on your dates, hotel choice and group size, and are confirmed only in a written quote.

Quotes and bookings

Requesting an itinerary is free and places you under no obligation. A booking is confirmed only when you accept a written quote and we confirm receipt of your deposit. The quote sets out what is included, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms that apply to your trip.

Third-party services

Hotels, guides, transport and activity providers deliver the services in your itinerary. Some activities, such as hot-air balloon flights, depend on the weather and official approval on the day.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for having a valid passport, any visa you need and suitable travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance that covers cancellation and medical costs.
